Right on Dennis. Our co. "Tauber Electronics" had the best health-care, pension plan, and profit sharing plan than any of our competition. We were still able to compete and win 85% of the contracts that we bid on. Never lost an employee, but had a waiting list of those who wanted to be hired. The result was faster more efficient work with almost zero returns of mfg.roducts. Happy employees are a great way to improve profits. Required reading for the CEO of any size co.
